Wiring technician

Job summary

As a wiring technician, you are the ambassador of De Gilde Group at our client’s project. This means that you deliver quality work at all of our projects.

In this position, you’ll work in a warm environment and independently on the manufacturing of a panel, control unit, power distributors for the industry sector, the infrastructure technology and the shipbuilding industry.

About the job:

  • Use technical drawings to manufacture switchgear / switchboard equipment, control gear assembly and protection panels.
  • Modify panels, control units and power distributors based on technical drawings.
  • Experience with building panels for the industry sector and/or shipbuilding industry.
  • Experience with building shipboard networks and computers is preferred.

What we need from you:

  • Degree in VBO, MEP or MBI (or related discipline) is required
  • Work experience with manufacturing and modifying panels
  • Ability to use coding to review and process sketches, technical drawings and schemes
  • Ability to test, troubleshoot and localise faults and malfunctions
  • Ability to work accurately and precisely

Concrete form carpenter

Job summary

Due to the continuous growth of our company, we’re looking for experienced concrete form carpenters with working experience in concrete civil engineering. You will be employed by De Gilde Groep and become part of a team that works on various projects for renowned construction companies in the area. We offer competitive wages according to the Collective Labour Agreement for the construction industry.

E&I maintenance technician

Job summary

As E&I maintenance technician, you are the ambassador of De Gilde Group at our client’s project. This means that you deliver quality work at all of our projects. You’ll work independently or in a team on projects in the process industry; oil & gas, (petro) chemistry and food industry, as well as the infrastructure technology (medium and high-voltage ranges).

About the job

  • Independently install motors and machines
  • Independently install test instruments (such as flow meters, frequency inverters, PLC’s and valves)
  • Being able to independently perform calibration, maintenance testing, and repairs on instruments
  • Being able to inspect and monitor independently and/or as part of a team
  • Assisting with the commissioning and start-up of installation systems
  • Assisting with testing instrument loop diagrams and circuit testing
  • Being able to read technical drawings

 

What we need from you

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (EMBI, TBI, OMEI or equivalent)
  • Experience in the process industry
  • Knowledge of PLC’s
  • Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic engineering

  • Constructing cabling
  • Reading technical drawings
  • Assisting with the commissioning and testing of on-board installations


What we need from you:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (EMBI, TBI, OMEI or equivalent)
  • Experience with the luxury yacht-building sector is preferred
  • Experience with installing machines and motors, or experience with installing camera-, fire alarm-, and security systems

  • You are able to supervise and instruct others who are responsible for wire pulling, but also willing to take on these tasks yourself

 

What we need from you

  • Degree in VBO, MSI, EMSI (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the built environment
  • Knowledge of the utilities working mentality, so you understand what is required to accomplish the desired outcome.
